Your Tri-County Bank Business Debit Card gives you all of the advantages of a Personal Debit Card.  You can swipe it for everyday business purchases or use it at an ATM for instant cash.  Just Print, fill out and bring you Business Debit Card Application to the nearest Tri-County Bank branch.  Remember to keep a copy of the agreement for your records.

PIN number change

Effective February 1, 2017, you can now change your PIN number for your ATM card or Visa debit card by calling 844-518-0457.

Lost or Stolen card

To report a lost or stolen Visa debit card, stop in or call any of our conveniently located branch offices or contact the Debit Card department in Roachdale, IN at 765-522-1000 or 800-522-1068.  To report a lost or stolen card after hours or on the weekend, call 866-546-8273.

Going on a business trip?

Call us at (765) 522-1000 before you leave in order to notify us of your departure. We then attach a memo to your account stating the length of your trip and inform the security department of possible out-of-state or out-of-territory transactions.

ENHANCED SECURITY FEATURES … FOR YOUR BENEFIT

In order to better protect against debit card fraud, we have enhanced our fraud system to include a sophisticated neural network. Now, when a transaction on your card appears to fall outside of your usual spending pattern, an alert is created. A fraud analyst or automated voice system will then contact you at the phone number or email on file with your record, to verify whether you authorized the transaction which does not fit your historical card spending behavior. Part of the verification will be to ask you to confirm the last four digits of your Social Security number on file.

If we are not successful in contacting you, a decision will be made on your behalf to block future transactions until you can be reached for confirmation. Therefore, it is important that you provide us your most up to date phone numbers and/or email address.  This is part of our continuing effort to provide you with the best protection available when using your debit card.
